      Ribcage: 37-->35.5
      Waist: 36.5-->36
      Hips: 42-->41
      Upper Arms: Right 12.5 Left 12-->Right 13 Left 12.5
      Thighs: Right 24.5 left 24-->Right 23 left 22.5
      Weight: 199-->190

      So I've lost 9 lbs & 6.5 inches
      F 24 5'10 SW - 217 GW 170 restarted atkins 1/14/08 - This time I'm sticking with it!

        Amazing the inches lost, of course, I would lose all boob and keep my huge waist! Ugh! Oh well I knew that would be the last thing to go, my body is gonna hang onto that for all its worth. Still amazed at inches lost, I never kept up with inches before now, its a much better determiner than the scale.

          Total loss of 10.5 lbs and 8.6 inches! Not as dramatic as last time but I'm so pleased! Yay 6WEC!

            I promise to post this tomorrow - been really hectic around here and drank way too much water today to want to measure my waist - I am sure I am retaining half of it

                I think I forgot to measure and weigh, but am holding pretty much steady.

                      -Bust - 1/2 inch
                      -under bust - 2 and1/2 inches
                      -Waist -3 inches
                      -Hips -1 inch
                      -Upper arm x 2 no change
                      -Thigh x 2 no change

                      Total weigt lost - 10.4 pounds!!
