        Walking then weights and stationary biking for me today.

                  did my first curves workout - it was kinda fun. Tough, but fun
                  F 24 5'10 SW - 217 GW 170 restarted atkins 1/14/08 - This time I'm sticking with it!

                      I'm dropping out. Too much was going on last week and I didn't end up doing much exercise at all.
