            Skyye, I have had computer problems and cannot commit to being online for a few weeks. I'll still be exercising, but can't get online.

            I'll look foward to seeing you all after a few weeks, being fitter and healthier.

                    I have not tried one of these yet but am willing to see what happens. Planning on 4/7. Don't have computer access on Sat &amp; Sun but will update on Monday for the weekend!

                        I'm in for this one too. I've really enjoyed seeing the results and how motivated everyone is in these challenges.

                        For the challenge, I'll go 5 times a week.

                        Starting measurements:
                        Chest: 40
                        Fullest part of chest: 39.5
                        Ribcage: 38
                        Waist: 38.5
                        Hips: 41
                        Biceps: 13 * 2 = 26
                        Thigh: 26 * 2 = 52

                        Weight: 200

                          Okay.

                          I have had to convert my measurements from cm's to inches. I have also missed out on measuring a couple of places so I hope I haven't ruined it for myself

                          Here are my losses over the six weeks (five for me as I joined late):

                          Waist 2.36 inches
                          Hips 2.36 inches
                          Ribcage 2.75 inches
                          Bicep x 2 3.15 inches
                          Thigh x 2 1.57 inches

                          My weight has gone from 198 lbs to 191 lbs!

                          I intend to exercise for 5/7 with a variety of aerobic DVD's. I shall post my current measurements tomorrow so that I can include the areas I missed before

                          Please let me know if there's anything wrong with the info I've posted. Cheers.
