    sick day for me. eli, i won't be here tomorrow at all. could you put me down for a sick day tomorrow too? thanks.

    i won't be able to record jack's stuff until probably the last week, the last day or two, of this challenge. he is already slugged for this challenge so nothing i report [or don't report] will change anything, anyway.

          eli, please give jack a rest day for today.

          for wednesday, he has promised to do some walking in the hallways during my surgery and i have no doubt he will be doing just that.

          for the rest of my updates, i'll send 'em to you when i get home. jack can log in and make a post for us.

              Martial arts--my first sparring class and I got my butt (and torso, and legs, etc) kicked!

                2.25 miles walking/jogging. Dumbbells for upper body. I upped my weights by 3 pounds, pretty amazing how much harder it is with that little bit of additional weight.
