      Hi Im in for 6 days a week, I have to do lots of exercise to get in to a certain pair of pants!

              So, I started my first day on this challenge today.
              I am all ready and set to go. I am excited!
              I took my measurements this morning:


              -Fullest part of chest 39.9"
              -Ribcage 34.3"
              -Waist 34"
              -Belly 40.5"
              -Hips 43.9"
              -Upper arm rt: 14.3" lt: 13.3"
              -Thigh rt: 24.9" lt: 24.6"
              -Weight 172 lbs ( gained 4 lbs last 2 weeks!! after 4 courses of antibiotics and sedentary lifestyle! I will lose them back..)
              34/F/5.4
              CW: 171

              Mini goal 1: 170
              Mini goal 2 :160
              Mini goal 3: 150

                  Im starting today and will work out every day, walking a mile with the kids and working out with hand weights at home and work out 3 days a week with a physical therapist.

                      I live in a different time zone (GMT + 4hrs), I didn't find the thread where I am supposed to log on my workouts for the day, so I will do it here for today. ( I hope you count it for me : )

                      I did my cardio for 45 minutes today +strength training.
                      Day 1 over! feeling awesome!

                              Each day the first person to report starts a new thread - titled something like 6WEC #44 - Week 1 Day 2 Monday 19 May or similar and posts in that whether they have exercised, been sick or taking a rest day (or doing no exercise so 'earning' a slug )

                              So when you want to report, look first for that and post in that thread. If you happen to be the first for that day and can't find one already started just start a new one yourself and others will post their results in it after you.

                              If you happen to start a thread at the same time as someone else or overlook an existng thread dont panic - when I or Jimmie 48 notice it we will merge the two threads to avoid confusion.

                              If everyone posts in each day's thread it makes things easier for me to notice people have been exercising (or not )

                              If you are away from a computer and need to post a whole batch of days (or weeks) at once you can always send me a pm with the info in so I can update you quickly without having to look back through old threads.

                              I hope this makes it clear for all new participants - thanks for asking the question
