    Walking for me today.

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

    C25K D4W5 and 10 really bad pushups. I also added over an hour uphill hike with the kids and am currently massaging my poor feetsies.

                        Can I join in too? If so goign to walk a mile a night and work out 3 days a week at the Gym..

                        New start on Atkins 3/8/2010 Start weight 175 lbs.

                          how about catching the new challenge that starts sunday? there's already a sign up thread waiting for you. ms. elizellen will hosting the challange the next time around.


                          eli, today was a coming home day but they still made me walk and i had to get in the truck, out of the truck and walk up the 5 steps to my back door plus endure the 1 1/2 hr ride home. i think that's exercise.

                          jack walked to and from the parking lot [to where close to the hospitals front door] about 4 times.
