    I just want to give a big thanks to Jimmie and Ellen for running this challenge for us. This challenge has really helped to keep me on track and make me excercise.


    -Under arms, around chest = 43"
    -Fullest part of chest = 47"
    - Ribcage = 40 1/2"
    -Waist = 50 1/2"
    -Hips = 48"
    -Upper arm x 2 = 27"
    -Thigh x 2 = 46"
    -Weight 238.9

    Total lost 17 inches and 15.1 lbs

            Hey, great results Quotidianlight, Pinkbatel and Bythree!

            Elizellen - I am at the stage were inches are really shifting, is it ok to join in for the accoutability (and hopefully slug frees?)

            Thanks to you and Jimmie - this challenge is totally part of my mental process

              Sure, Alexa - I am not shifting inches or pounds to any extent, but appreciate the accountability of the exercising and trying to stay slugfree.
