    Did my cardio and strength training early morning today.

                    did 1 mile walk, 60 minute cardio, ab crunches, hula, 45 minute strength training

                    SW-263 lbs
                    CW-240 lbs
                    TW-190 lbs

                    1st Goal-240 lbs MET 1/2/2010
                    2nd Goal-215lbs
                    Final Goal-190 lbs
