Worked out for an hour with my PT and 30 minute hand bike.36 year old Female - 5'8New start on Atkins 3/8/2010 Start weight 175 lbs.Goal weight 145 lbsMini goal #1-170 lbs - Reached 3/15/2010Mini goal #2-165 lbs -Mini goal #3-160 lbs -Mini goal #4-155 lbs -Final goal of 145 "COMING SOON"
