    Skeye - firstly I would like to apologise for not telling you of my excercise from the past 2.5 weeks. I have been away from the board, but not away from excercising.

    Anyway i am back now,

    and this morning I did a 45 minute RPM class.

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Rich I was asking around about you today, I was wondering if you were OK

      Morning Session: 4&1/2 Mile Jungle Trek/Run (Very Steamy today)
      Afternoon Session: 15 Minutes Heavy Lifting followed by 30 Minutes Swim Sets in the pool

      And to reward myself for such a heavy day 15 minutes in the WhirlPool afterwards :nod
      I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

          Today: Burn it UP! Tomorrow I am half way done SI6 :joy and Challenge #15 is over!

          Good job everyone who stuck with the 6 week exercise challenge. Let's roll right into #16!

                  90 minutes ice skating with the kids. It would have been a great time if I hadn't taken a really nasty fall onto my knee toward the end. ':smackhead'
