Skeye - firstly I would like to apologise for not telling you of my excercise from the past 2.5 weeks. I have been away from the board, but not away from excercising.
Anyway i am back now,
and this morning I did a 45 minute RPM class.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Morning Session: 4&1/2 Mile Jungle Trek/Run (Very Steamy today)
Afternoon Session: 15 Minutes Heavy Lifting followed by 30 Minutes Swim Sets in the pool
And to reward myself for such a heavy day 15 minutes in the WhirlPool afterwards :nodI try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once
