    arms and 30 minutes on the elliptical today

    Rest Day

    C25K D3W9 and P90 Sweat

    Running--.5mi (am starting a "wake up and run" routine....and today I learned that I need to wake up earlier if I'm going to make it to work on time! hehe)

    Martial arts--sparring class

    20 minutes weights at home.
