        So last night I was set to do P90. I swept the floor, posted and dealt with the kids. I was a little tired so I lay down for a nap (my TOM has worn me out this month) and even set the alarm for 20 minutes. I just woke up. My first slug. Now I know this just means my body needed the sleep but I feel horrible. This means not only did I slug but today was supposed to me my thirty day picture day for the 90 day bootcamp. I now have two more days *sighs*

            That TOM certainly messes up our plans sometimes

            I felt a bit weary too last night as with my DH on 'bedrest' this week I had to teach a course solo plus serve customers who phoned and made an appointment. Though I did get to the gym I missed out on my usual weights routine and just swam 10 lengths before sitting in the sauna then going home.
