    Stairs and some stability ball exercises for me today, as my dh is ill and we didnt get out for our usual walking

                    30 mintues on the hand bike and 35 minutes of weights and 15 minutes on the Spine force at PT.
                    36 year old Female - 5'8
                    New start on Atkins 3/8/2010 Start weight 175 lbs.
                    Goal weight 145 lbs
                    Mini goal #1-170 lbs - Reached 3/15/2010
                    Mini goal #2-165 lbs -
                    Mini goal #3-160 lbs -
                    Mini goal #4-155 lbs -
