    I know I am a day early in starting this thread but might not be able to get here much over the weekend and might forget

    You will have one week to post your results and check the chart for any unreported exercise days.

    If you spot any missing days you can either post them in the relevant thread for that day or send me a pm with the info if that is easier for you.

    So far it looks as if we have kept quite a few members throughout the challenge, well done all of you

    I'll hand out awards on Sunday, July 6th.

    Remember, ribbon winners are based first on loss in inches and then pounds, so get that measuring tape out!!

    Eli, i've stuck the thread so it doesn't get lost in the daily posts. if you'll unstick it when the ribbons are handed out, that would be cool.

          before starting/ after the challenge:

          Fullest part of chest 39.9"-->38.5"
          -Ribcage 34.3"--34"
          -Waist 34"--33"
          -Belly 40.5"--38.5"
          -Hips 43.9"--41.9"
          -Upper arm rt: 14.3" lt: 13.3" --> 13.9", 13"
          -Thigh rt: 24.9" lt: 24.6" -->24", 23.7"
          -Weight 172 lbs 162 LBS!
          TOTAL INCHES LOST: 9.8 INCHES LOST!
          34/F/5.4
          CW: 171

          Mini goal 1: 170
          Mini goal 2 :160
          Mini goal 3: 150

            I have TOM at the moment so not sure how accurate these numbers will be since Im bloated like a blow fish. (sorry to the guys on here for TMI)

            Under arms, around chest - 39" June 29- 38"
            -Fullest part of chest - 40"/40" (did have different bra on)
            -Ribcage - 35"/34"
            -Waist - 33"/33"
            -Hips - 45"/44
            -Upper arm x 2- L 12 and half. R 12 and half" /12 1/2" and R 12"
            -Thigh x 2 - L 19 and R 18 and half"/ L 19 " and R 18"

            So a total of 4 inchs lost in 6 weeks.

            Im not sure of my weight lose as I didnt weigh myself at the start of of the challange.
            36 year old Female - 5'8
            New start on Atkins 3/8/2010 Start weight 175 lbs.
            Goal weight 145 lbs
            Mini goal #1-170 lbs - Reached 3/15/2010
            Mini goal #2-165 lbs -
            Mini goal #3-160 lbs -
            Mini goal #4-155 lbs -
            Final goal of 145 "COMING SOON"

                So that's 4 pounds and 18.5 inches. WOW!
