    45 minute RPM class
    1 hour Body Pump class
    2 mile run on treadmill on an incline!

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          I didn't take accurate measurements for Challenge 15, but I will for 16.

          Upper Arms - L: 14.25, R: 13.75
          Thighs - L: 25.5, R: 26.25
          Weight - 204 lbs.

          2 x 12 biceps
          2 x 12 triceps
          2 x 12 calves
          2 x 12 shoulders
          4 x 8 "booty exercises/leg lifts" on each side

          I'm also starting Slim in 6 today! It came on time!
          I did Start it Up! as well.

          I just finished Start it Up! Oh my my my! What is ramp it up going to be like? The Squats! I'm going to have the tightest *** in Virginia!

              Sorry I've been kinda MIA this weekend. A stupid so-called "wisdom" tooth and decided to try and force its way up where there is absolutely no room for it. The right side of my face is swollen and very sore so I hadn't felt like doing any exercise (or anything else for that matter).
