      Well they did it to me again today...worked 6 hrs on my day off & took Christian to a dental appt ! I did walk for 20 mins in the freezing cold and then decided to head inside so I trotted up and down the stairwell steps (4 floors, 4 times-twice up and twice down).

            Hey All,

            Good to catch a few minutes to catch-up and just deep breath!

            Monday did not have time for anything but a fast 30 minute walk....And given that I had only 3.5 hours of sleep, that was an accomplishment!

            Today I did much better, did my Slim in 6, the Burn it Up - Day 1.
            Holy Smoke :yikes They aren’t kidding when they say BURN IT UP! It's 12 hours later and I my gluteus are still on fire!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to keep telling myself that I love doing this :confused

            Ta, see you all tomorrow.

                        walked 2/3 mile
                        resist-a-ball exercises for abs 15 mins (I couldn't do any more, honest!)

                          5 minutes warm up on stationary bike
                          2 mile run on treamill
                          10 minutes on eliptical trainer
                          45 minutes lower body / back and Ab weight training
                          3 minutes cool down on stationary bike.

                          I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                              I'll catch up for yesterday too on this thread.

                              Monday, treadmill for 30 minutes. 2.7mph on 6% incline.
                              Tuesday...same thing...30 minutes.
