    Have done 1/4 hr stretch, 1/4 hr floor exercises and will do an hour of bodypump later and another 1/4 hr stretching - the splits will be mine!!

                    Feeling great with 8 miles biking, plus stability ball, situps, and pushups.

                    I like this Challenge and the others - it makes me do something pretty much every day. The soreness is not there anymore like it was the first week. Prior to Induction, I was tired a lot, but now I am energized.

                    ....Can someone here get me the Manager? I'd like to speak with the Manager ... and express my
                    gratitude. Oh, it's Jimmy 48. Thank you Jimmie 48. This Challenge is the best!
