Ran two miles and kept up well with my more athletic buddy. Finally turned the corner on the running. Looking forward to the gym tonight - other buddies there. Hopefully the HVAC belt will be silent - yes I am spoiled.

went to the gym today lifted weights and did 30 minutes on eliptical machine. Rest day yesterday due to being sick.
