      I have a wicked ear infection, so I am feeling sorry for myself due to the severe pain, hopefully the Tylenol 3 and antibiotics will kick in soon. Doc has already warned me that it is one ugly looking ear and he thinks it will start to drain if the antibiotics don't start working right away. Yuck! Needless to say, I am not exercising today because everytime I move or bend down it feels like my ear is going burst because of the pressure.

      Add another sick day to my lackluster record for this week!

        Just finished 3 miles on treadmill -- various inclines, ave. 3.2mph
        Will probably do another mile after dinner.

                  We've been moving all week besides my working a full-time job. Does my moving count for anything? LOL Blood, sweat and tears, baby!!


                  I will post my measurements on the Day 1 post. I actually walked up three flights of stairs today at work, not to mention the stairs in the new house with all the boxes. I will be glad when the weekend gets here. I will actually get to rest. :anger

                                Thursday's report

                                Had problems checking in to ADBB last night, so here's Thursday's report:

                                Walked around the block 1449 steps (didn't think to wear it all day to see how much I've been walking) I might try it today.

                                Also: 25 crunches and 25 oblique crunches

                                Does sex count as exercise? Hee hee
