    HAPPY INTERNATIONAL ATKINS DIET DAY

    since my minutes are all being donated to the other challenge today, this will be a rest day for the 6 wec.

        since my walking is being donated, for my 6WEC I will use my yardwork and lawn mowing. Boy, Im glad the rain held off!

          I donated 30 of the 45 minutes I did on stability ball. I also did biking and some other stuff.

              Give me a slug day. No formal exercise as I worked 12 hours. Climbing the stairs to get to my apartment was all the workout I could take!

                        Rest day for me as I am donating todays minutes to Atkinsnation on the other challenge.
