Got to change this to a rest day. Got sidetracked with work issues and never made it to exercise.
That means I've already had my two rest days this week so I've got to get cracking... No rest for the weary for the remainder of the week! LOL

12 miles bike. Finally got some shoes so I tried clipless pedals for the first time. Really liked them, and I used muscles that don't normaly get used. Good stuff.
