I did 32 minutes on the elliptical machine. Today is my weigh day and I'm down another pound which surprised me because I ate too many nuts during the week. Needless to say, I'm pleased.

45 strength training
35 min eliptical
1 hr power walk on a nature trail in the evening
I took my measurements yesterday morning. Lost 1/2 inch off arms and thighs and hips. The scale is not moving though. Losing weight was sooo much easier when I was younger. I could skip lunch and lose weight! I do feel stronger and healther than I did back then.
