    Good morning and good start to every one!

    30 minutes on treadmill today!
    extended induction
    SW 127kg (1/06/08 ) - CW 111 Kg (26/8/08 )- GW 70 Kg
    Weight lost: 16kg

                Goal 1: 340 (7/17) Goal 2: 330 (7/31)
                Goal 3: 320 MET - 8/12/08 - 319 lbs.
                Goal 4: 310 MET - 10/13/08 - 307 lbs.
                Mini goal: 305 lbs. Met on 11/11/08
                Goal 5: 300 MET - 2/3/09 - 299 lbs.

                            It was a gorgeous morning in Florida today. Went on a 5.25 mile nature walk.
