    I made 2 miles on the treadmill.

    That makes 3 of 3 days. I'm done! Everyone, keep up the good work.

    I went for a 40 minute walk, pushing a stroller part of the time.

            1 mile walk
            and
            cleaning for 7 hrs

            that makes it 3/3
            but on saturday we are going to the beach so i'll get a little in there by walking on the beach. we also are going to play putputt but i dont think that counts as exercise. :P

                1 hour walk... not sure how far maybe 4 miles? (already got my 3 days in for the week but I felt like going for a walk today It's GORGEOUS outside today 90degF outside and NO clouds at all in Seattle, WA)

                          Washed the truck, well, we detailed it today inside and out for an hour straight...I count that as exercise because even though I got wet from washing it, the movement made me sweat and drink lots of water.
