100 abs
7km bike
Climbing the stairs 2 million times from the basement, with my arms full of books, because today I've moved my bureau from the basement upstairs. I'm tired and all my muscles are painfull but in the end of the evening I came to do my 7km bike because I didn't know if moving is considered as exercising here. Huh.

Set out for a 20 min run but knee trouble meant only made it 3 mins. So went for 2 mile slow walk instead.
