    Morning Session: 1&1/2 Mile Swim
    Afternoon Session: 20 Minutes Freeweights, 30 Minutes Nordic Track
    I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

    Start 229/ Now at 188/ Goal 175

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      I don´t have comfort access to internet hese days, but I am exercising!
      Last week: Monday: bodypump, Tuesday: shaping, thursday: bodypump; friday: bodyaerobics.
      This week: Monday: Bodypump.

      Catching up later again, sorry for that!

        Ok, I slacked all weekend urplequ:

        Tonight, I will do 30-45 min treadmill and 30 min absolute killer abs class!

                I did DIY today. I sweated so much and am now pooped so I'm going to class it as exercise. I removed a nasty old 1970's fireplace from my dining room. Ruined the carpet and have soot everywhere. Need to finish it off tomorrow.

                I'll be doing DIY all week so it's up to you, Skyye, if you'll allow me to count it but I hope so as I think my hands are going to fall off

                    30 minutes on the treadmill!!

                    Yea me! I cleaned my whole house today, including laundry and usually after that, that's it for me. But before I let myself sit down, I hopped on the treadmill and did my 30 minutes. Now, I'll probably be in the bed by 8pm tonight, but at least I did it!

                    Never before this challenge would I have gotten on the treadmill after cleaning my house. Thanks guys!

                      Week 2 Workout 1 of Cto5K... walked for a total of .93 miles and ran for a total of .75 miles.. whew!

                          2.4 miles on 2.5 incline at 3.5mph.

                          I REALLY didn't want to work out tonite, but this challenge and that ugly slug on the chart pulled me off the couch. Thanks, Skyye.
