    i think i'm actually taking a rest day. i'm calling it one no matter what else happens.

    Goal 1: 340 (7/17) Goal 2: 330 (7/31)
    Goal 3: 320 MET - 8/12/08 - 319 lbs.
    Goal 4: 310 MET - 10/13/08 - 307 lbs.
    Mini goal: 305 lbs. Met on 11/11/08
    Goal 5: 300 MET - 2/3/09 - 299 lbs.

          i'll still claim a rest day but jack and i did go for a walk. he also helped our son move into his new but very temporary place.

                      Demolished part of the bathroom today. Pried subfloor that had been glued to the rafters (whatever they are called) beneath it. Used muscles I didn't know I had. Definitely worked up a sweat!

                            Thursday I had dental surgery so I am taking a sick day. The surgery wasn't too bad but the pain killers made me so sick. How can anyone get addicted to those things?!
