            walked. Then worked on putting a floor in the bathroom. My arm muscles have gotten quite a workout this week.

                        I got to the gym Saturday. I spent over an hour on the treadmill. I have discovered that if I run for about ten minutes then all I have to do is walk the rest of the time. My heart rate stays way up there.
