    Here's the start of our exercise log for the day.

    Push ups and squats so far today.

    Might be too sore / tired from last night's workout to hit the gym much tonight. Can you sleep on a stability ball?

        I did some serious house work today. I vacuumed, shop vac'd my baseboards and swept. I displaced a bunch of spiders in their webs, so it no longer looks like I'm decorating for Halloween. I'm sure, however, that my 3 kids will have all of that hard work undone by this evening.

        Oh and it was hard work, too! I worked up a serious sweat and my face was beet red when I got done, just like it is when I exercise.
