Hey Debbie, I hope things are ok with your daughter. Don't punish yourself too much, even just a light walk will get those endorphins flowing.

30 minutes HIIT for me and for my dog.

                OMG!!
I did BURN IT UP for the 1st time!! I may not be moving tomorrow..... but I got through the whole thing today!!

By the way you guys, thanks for the input. I will make sure to eat something before my workouts. I usually do, but I know I didn't yesterday.

                Injecting a little humor here:
My DS (15yrs old) was watching me do the SIS yesterday morning before he went to school. He asked me if I did the 6 weeks yet. I told him I have been doing it on and off since about October, but had not gone a full 6 weeks, 4 weeks was the most I made it consistently. He says to me "Ma, why didn't you do the other two weeks, You could have looked like THAT if you had stuck with it the 2 more weeks!" (Pointing at Debbie on the screen) He was running out the door before I could say a word to him! LOL. Lil snot!

Ended up not working out last night. I mortared in my tile which took two hours. I'll try to work out tonight but have to grout in the tile and paint my baseboards, doors and closet shelves so I'll probably run out of time. I plan to be on track tomorrow.

I went ahead and gave ya your smiley. Others have been counting their remodeling and according to fit day 2 hours of laying tiles burns like 450 calories. Sounds like a workout to me.

                        My exercise today consisted of:

                        25 jumping jacks
                        20 lateral raises
                        20 front raises per arm
                        20 shoulder presses

Week 2 Workout 2 of Cto5K: Ran for a total of 9 minutes and walked for a total of 16 minutes

                              Hey!

Burned it Up today (Week-2, Day-1). Wow, can't believe the difference a couple of days off will do. It was easier to keep up and I was able to do all the reps for each type of movement! Granted, my form may not have been PERFECT, but I'm getting there.
