    Rest day!

    (More like a take daughter to doctor, come home quick and make supper before heading off to work an afternoon which I hate day.....)

      Ran 1.467 miles sorely. I came back and did a measly 100 crunches and 15 pushups. Tomorrow might be a rest day but we'll see how I feel tomorrow

        Walked 2.45 miles or 5185 steps.
        A bit sore today so not as good as yesterday.

                        Today did The Firm Body Sculpting System Express Total Body Shaping for 30 mins.

                        Meh, I didn't really like it.

                        I liked The Firm Hi-def Sculpt better : )

                          Hello from very muggy - hot and humid south lousisiana-- can some of ya'll please send some cooler weather down here-- I mean hey 80s would be a relief! Did 30 mins stability ball workout and 15 mins of abs, legs and bottom work

                            I did 33 minutes on the Wii fit (running, strength exercises, step aerobics) and then I did 200 abs.

                              Well, seeing as it's 7:30 and I'm just getting home from work, and haven't even eaten dinner yet, I'll be taking today as a rest day.
