            Ok I had a ridiculously busy day today... so I'm wondering if this counts...

            I went to a concert and walked 8 blocks in DC from the car to the venue in 3 inch heels.
            I danced off and on for 3 hours at the Jill Scott/Floetry concert.
            When I got home last night, the elevator was out so I walked up 6 flights of stairs.

              I probably post too much :yikes

              I did 48 minutes on the treadmill on level 7 with various inclines. My foot still won't allow me to go 60 minutes yet :no I also did 30 minutes upper body weight training.

              A personal trainer offered to help me on the side and gave me some really good advice. Hopefully I'll start seeing better results soon!! :icondance
