Ending Goal: 169 - no longer classified as overweight!
48 km bike ride (had the kids at the babysitter). My husband says I won't be able to walk tomorrow and I am afraid he may be right. The most I had done before today was 19 km! Thank God the wind was behind me on the ride home! Going to forgo the squats etc tonight!
