    Milked the cows again, 45 min. exercise bike, 50 crunches, 25 reverse crunches (or as close I could get, I could barely lift my butt up a cm!), 75 squats and 50 push-ups.

      20 min stretching, and 1 hr kickboxing practice. 15 mins floor exercises and hula.
