    10 mins floor exercises and hula, 20 mins stretch. Later going to 1 and half hr kickboxing practice.

                  Rode my bike outdoors for 1 hour and 15 minutes, covering 13 miles. It was a beautiful day!

                            besides doing about 35 flights, i didn't do any other form of 'exercise'. i'll take a rest day for today.

                            jack's normal work duties are making sure the workers are busy, not so much doing the phsical labor. that has changed since demolition and reconstruction of the work place is going on. he's putting alot of muscle and back work into his days right now. so construction for him again today.
