Wow I am a lightweight compared to you exercise pros!
I just did my squats to reach my final exercise challenge goal for September, for squats, and I also met goals for abs, stability ball, push ups, and mileage. I'm taking a break tonight from the gym for crispy chicken wings with a friend instead. By the way, is there perhaps a chicken wing challenge that I can sign up for in October...?
