          Hi jimmie, my computer is painfully, painfully slow this evening, I've been on here about 20 minutes just waiting for it to allow me to post. So I"m posting for three days here.

          Sunday was 20 min exercise bike
          Monday was yoga 75 min
          Tuesday, today was rest

          HW 238/SW 208/R-SW 196.2/GW 140-150

          Goal 1: Successful 14-day Induction, started
          9-8-08, met on 9-21-08: -6.3 lb, -7.75 inches WOO HOO!

          Goal 2: Lose 10% bodyweight, 19.6 pounds

          Goal 3: Walk, exercise bike, golf, or yoga 15-30 min, 3x/wk. Consistency counts more than anything.

          DON'T START OVER, GO FORWARD!
