    1 hr. on the treadmill; stretching, crunches, isometrics, some aerobics (ok ... spastic dancing; not pretty but definitely fun ;D)

      did some more abs and push ups! Even though it's getting cold out I swear I'm getting out there tomorrow morning and walking for just a bit...get that heart rate going

                    Rest day for Monday.

                    Not sure if I'm supposed to keep reporting in, as I "slugged" on Sunday. I'm certain that I won't be able to make it up, as it has been a huge struggle for me to fulfill the 5 day a week pledge... and now that I've broken down and slugged once, I can definitely see it happening again.
