Mini-Goal 1: 215 - the weight I was when we got married - MET!!!!
Mini-Goal 2: 200 - BMI will be under 30!
Mini-Goal 3: 180 - weight I was in college
Ending Goal: 169 - no longer classified as overweight!
30-45 min. step aerobics workout (I tried a new workout today and had to keep pausing to be sure my footing was correct- boy it really kicked my butt!) and crunches
