    Treadmill, 1 hr.
    Pulled a muscle in my left shoulder so no weights for the time being
    (Note to self: Wait until the dark side of 50 to undertake a serious fitness program and you will feel pain!)

                          Well I had planned a walk, but I took a cold pill, and mistakenly took the 'nighttime formula.' I was wondering while I was so sleepy taking my daughter to the orthodontist, and hit the couch at 6:30 and went to bed at 8! At 3 am when I woke up I thought, something was weird and read the package!

                          So yesterday must go down as a rest day! My sniffles and I will do better today!
