    You will have until November 8 to post your results and check the chart for any unreported exercise days. If you spot any missing days you can either post them in the relevant thread for that day or send me a pm with the info if that is easier for you. #47 6 WEC Weekly Progress Charts

        -Under arms, around chest--- 42.5
        -Fullest part of chest 44.5
        -Ribcage 38.5
        -Waist 40
        -Hips 47
        -Upper arm 15 x2 (30)
        -Thigh 28.5 x2 (57)

        -Weight 221


        Six weeks later
        -Under arms, around chest 40.5 -2
        -Fullest part of chest 42.5 -2
        -Ribcage 38 -.5
        -Waist 37.25 -2.75
        -Hips 45.25 -1.75
        -Upper arm 14 x2 (28 -2
        -Thigh 26.5 x2 (53) -4


        -15 inches total

        -Weight 206.6 -14.4 pounds total

            Okay, here's my before and after stats:

            BEFORE and AFTER (as of Oct. 31):
            -Under arms, around chest-- 37-1/2 -- 36
            -Bust -- 39-1/2 -- 38-1/2
            -Ribcage-- 34 -- 32-3/4
            -Waist-- 32 -- 31
            -Hips-- 42-1/2 -- 40
            -Upper arm x 2-- 12 x 2= 24 -- 11-1/2 + 11-3/4 = 23-1/4
            -Thigh -- 25-1/2+26= 51-1/2 -- 24-1/4 + 24-3/4 = 49

            -Weight-- 170 -- 161 lbs.

            Total inches Lost: 10-1/2"
            Total pounds lost: 9

            So, more inches than pounds, but no complaints!

            Congrats to all losers!!

            (In the pics below, the one on left was taken mid-Oct; the right one, in mid-Aug.)
