    Rest day today for me - a horrid drizzly cold day in Bournemouth so we are hibernating!!

    I might do some stability ball exercises but probably not enough to count!
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

        Pretty much a rest day, will do some squats but that is probably going to be it, I am going to sew!

                      I did 30 squats, which is the first exercise I have done in eons. Not sure that few will count.
