    Sneaking on here to post my lunchtime walking session - will update after I return from the gym if I do any more than have a sauna and a gossip with my fellow gym members.

    Edited to add:

    Did 10 lengths of the pool (20 metres x 10) before my soak in the spa bath then a sauna. A great way to start the weekend!

      there sure is alot of sickly people in this challenge. sorry y'all are sick, staying sick, getting sick, getting over it, any and all of the above.

            Everyone get well soon!

            100 push ups tonight.

            BTW I had lunch with a friend who ran the NYC marathon. His first ever ever. Under 4 hours time. Lost about 50 lbs. in the past year. He confirmed what I have found, that once you are lifting weights, that you cannot look at the scale. And that muscle is good and burns more fat. If any of you sees me talk weight for a while please slap me. Thank you.

                  Swam laps for 60 minutes. I've been sick too but not letting it keep me down. Here's hoping we're all better next week. I'm tired of this sore throat!
