      Morning Session: 1&1/2 Mile Swim
      Walked a fast mile at lunch running errands
      Afternoon Session: 15 Minutes Lawn Mowing with my non motor driven old style rotary mower, 15 Minutes Nordic Track
      I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

        OK you guys, I burned it up again. But I think I may just go back to Ramp It Up. I get through the whole video up to the point where you are on your back at the end doing crunches. And again today, I had soo much dizziness and thought I was going to vomit. The room was literally spinning and I could not get up. I don't think that is a good thing, and I don't experience it at any other time, so I am going to give it up.
        I did eat some a while before exercising and drank my water by the way.

          Whew...30 minutes on the treadmill.

          Very good for me since I'm coming down with a cold. But thanks to this challenge I exercised anyway and I feel pretty good except for a headache. If it gets any worse, though, I'll have to take a sick day. :no

                  Yeah Barb, I'd go back to ramp it up too. You shouldn't be feeling that crap after a workout. What on earth do they make you do in those tapes?????????

                  Gonna call my 3 hours cleaning my exercise today.

                    Loona I just talked to my DD. She had a point. It is the laying down after the heart rate is so high I guess. Because I feel fine until I lay down to do the crunches! And the crunches are the last exercise on the video, so maybe I will do it all up to that and then get on the treadmill and walk it out or something. She did have a point though, talking about the laying down. I think she may be on to it! LOL.

                            Ramped It Up!

                            Barb... again I'm so sorry you felt bad after burning it up today. At the end of ramp it up I feel dizzy doing the Mountain pose or whatever its called. Ew. Second time its happened.

                            I hope you feel better Barb... cuz I'm all the way in VA giving you the Evil SI6 eye. I'm starting not to like it. GRRR. But I'm losing inches :nod

                              20 squats
                              20 lunges
                              25 dead lifts
                              40 crunches
                              40 reverse curls

                              Repeated Week 2 Workout 1 of Cto5k... 16 mins of walking and 9 mins of running for a total of 1.61 miles. Slowed my run down by .5 mph and that seems to have helped me out some. With the warmer temps coming I get soo hot when I'm playing on the treadmill. Think I'm gonna have to rearrange some furniture and get the ol treadmill up under one of the ceiling fans next time.
