    Here we go! Good luck everybody!

    Walking and loads of crunches today for me!

    (Re-)Starting Weight- 225-- Current Weight- 164.5 -- Goal Weight- 150

    1st mini goal- 200lbs : Met 5 March 2008!l 2nd mini goal- 185lbs : Met 3 December 2008!l 3rd mini goal- 170lbs: Met 5 February 2009! l 4th mini goal- 160lbs l Goal!- 150lbs

      just finished biking 6 miles. planning on some stab. ball work, too

                  Just joined up!

                  I had a rest day today. I am sick with a sore throat but hope to at least do some abs work tomorrow - will sign in then and let you all know.
