    Did leg and tummy exercises and went on an hour walk

        I got an hour in today...

        - 20 min treadmill, 10 min recum. bike
        - 15 min clogging
        - 15 min clogging

          Hi to all. Tonight I am feeling well right now the time is 11:49pm and I just finished 40 minutes of treadmill and upper body work out barry's boot camp DVD. See you what tommorow brings.
