my neck is heaps better! It was such a random thing too =/ I wish I could say something exciting like: 'Some guys tried to mug me and I kicked all of them into oblivion and only got a sore neck from it' but actually... I was just brushing my hair. Well, Merry Christmas Everyone!!

Been away from the computer for a few days, on Tuesday I walked (about 25 minutes) and did some general stretchingsigpic

Back to Induction 1/2/10 (low weight was 173 on 9/7/08, CRASHED off the wagon- but back now!)
