    Hello All, I hope you're having a good day! Can you believe it is already week four?

    It is a sick day for me today...I've known it was coming for awhile- both my bf and Mom have both been sick for a week! If I'm feeling up to it later I will try to do some crunches...I will check back in if I make it!

            i wasn't going to count this but i actually worked up a sweat by taking the tree down and hauling boxes up and down the stairs. good enough to count here!

            adding this: i also biked 20 minutes

                    30 min on the elliptical, 20 minutes of weights, and 10 min of ab work for me...Horraaaay for the first real intense workout in the gym, about time!
