    Hello All, I hope you're having a good day!!

    I walked today and did some weights, I will do ab work later!

    (Re-)Starting Weight- 225-- Current Weight- 164.5 -- Goal Weight- 150

    1st mini goal- 200lbs : Met 5 March 2008!l 2nd mini goal- 185lbs : Met 3 December 2008!l 3rd mini goal- 170lbs: Met 5 February 2009! l 4th mini goal- 160lbs l Goal!- 150lbs

        took stair in my school from first floor to Nine floor two times today.
        planing tonight 48 minutes of turbo jam Iam trying to let you know if I am done.

              60 min clogging evening

              I'm FINALLY going to perform for the first time this Friday with ClogJam. The reason I haven't before is because of my weight. So I've decided to do some shows at less populated venues. The more weight I lose the more comfortable I'll be and won't be as selective. Also, my endurance and speed will increase! They've increased a bit with a 45 pound loss, but I have a way to go.
