    Hey today felt do bad and sick but i managed to do my exercise this is an update of all days not included in the chart so far:-

    Friday 11th March:- 30 minutes jogging 30 minutes walking

    Monday 14th March:- 30 minutes jogging and 30 minutes walking

    Tuesday 15th March:- Rest Day

    Wednesday 16th March:- Rest Day

    Thursday 17th March:- 40minutes jogging and 30 minutes fast pace walking.

    I just got back from my exercise i feel great and to think i was not going to exercise. I got the better hand.

    Thanks Skyye for updating the chart let the inches melt away!!

            Ok, time to suck it up. Tonight, I WILL do weight training. I won't let this foot get me down! Maybe someday I'll be able to use it again!! :confused

                          arg...i think sailing yesterday in the cold made me sick...i've been shivering all day. i got home and stretched for about 20 minutes and did 50 situps, but that's barely anything... :sadblinky i'll just count today as a rest day.
